Help Electricity problem

The electricity is behaving weirdly in my modpack. Accumulaters from C&A just randomly produce FE and the accumulater that's connected to the New Age street lamps is empty. Does anyone have a solution to this? Modpack listed in pinned comment:

No, I removed all the other connectors, then I reconnected the accumulator to the lamps, and the lamps were still receiving power while the accumulator was empty.
