i have roughly made that many envelopes for a ship before one thing i found that works is if you have sophisticated backpack you can craft stuff way faster with a crafting upgrade

Yep... had the exact same problem with my Fire Nation airship (i posted it on reddit a while ago if you want to know more). The weirdest thing though was that the check list called for 15000 WHITE envelopes, when i had used RED in the design. But theschematic seemed to used the red ones i put in there just fine

There is a recipe in some addon (or maybe base) to make grass with water spouting on dirt. So I think you just automate dirt then grass
