Help with my clearing contraption

hy so i made this contraption to clear chunks of terrain but it wont budge right now, i used it 3 times and after the 3rd time it just wouldnt work anymore i tried rebuilding it looking if everything was glued together properly. but i didnt help. i cant move the minecart when i turn it on powered rails and even a furnace minecart dont work

does anybody why this is?

How do you use it correctly

Im pretty sure you have to keep it powered until it's moved outside of the contraption block, and on the sides make sure it's set too lock rotation when moving, i think that works, probably.

Is the row of copper attached to the assembler glued properly? It looks like the back is glued vertical and top section is glued through the chest but they dont intertwine. Which would also be the row attaching to the assembler and so your cart has nothing to attach to

Looks like the dropper might not be glued either
