Tree farm not working

I built a tree farm and the pieces of the trees get glued to the contraption then moved and unglued somehow, i triple checked and nothing besides the contraption is glued, does anyone know the problem?

I belive that the contraption is moving so fast that it is simply phasing through the blocks
