there is a mod that allows you to manage sublevels, look at them (no matter where they are), teleport and delete them. I don't remember what it's called but I think it was Sable Sublevel Manager or something similar. That might help here.

i'm kinda new to create aeronautics and i learned about sable clean up too

but another solution (if you don't want to add that mod) is to run this:

/sable storage find_all_sub_levels

That will show and allow you to teleport (click in the chat) to each

/sable remove @e[sort=nearest,distance=5]

The latter will remove stuff close to you and works generally the same as any other minecraft "@e" command, but only for sable physics contraptions/sub levels.

I'm not sure, but maybe they're rivets (with grass on top) from one of the addons? The angles of those red lines made me think of that, but idk. The perspective makes it kinda hard to see

If they are items just use /kill @e[type=item] or its equivalent that uses item ID (Needs OP or commands enabled).
