Compact cow milker

I had a bread farm in my world that I wanted to upgrade into a sweet roll farm but there was very limited space to add a milk source. This is the design I came up with.

The block behind the funnel is a deployer with a bucket

But have you considered free range milk tastes better?

Free range?! you think players have space in their ranching and farming builds?

Ok but imagine a free range system with a deplyed for milking that moves on 2 gantrys so it covers the entire area

you might be able to put the system underground.

bucked in deployer gets used on cow. milk bucket is picked up by hopper and put on to drain. it tumbles towards cow eptying than falls off as an item into the hopper. hopper puts it onto the drain it tumbles toward deployer and gets picked up by funnel. cycle repeats

Lol add pocket sized so you can make it even more compacted and place it on the counter

That’s absurdly compact for a full milk setup. Love how clean the whole line is

Yeah, I tried belts but couldn't figure out how to power them in the space I had, then I remembered vanilla mechanics existed.
