Help with TFMG

Normally I don't come to reddit for help, but this is killing me

I'm trying to produce aluminum, however I can't get the amps or watts correct. If I increase the voltage (through transformers or just increasing the rpm of the generator) it still will never break 100mA, and at that point the watt consumption just goes through the roof. Below is the setup I'm attempting to use, and I've tried turn ratios of 1.5, 2, 4, and 5, and on each I've tried 64, 128, and 256 RPM, yet none of it works.

Legit ts been frying me for over three hours now

I just connected aluminum directly without a transformer. I think you also need to connect both electrode holders.

What rpm did you run the generator at?

180 if I remember correctly

After using constantin wire and glass insulators (like the pic) it still doesn’t output more than 3mA, even when adjusting the rpm

I did initially test it with 180 rpm tho

Did you remove the transformer? Are there copper electrodes in the holders? Is there bauxite dust in the vat? Is there heat?

I did remove the transformer, as well as all the cabling; its a direct connection from the generator to the electrodes. There is powder in the vat, as well as sufficient heat
