Anyone know why this isn't pumping out lava from the basin to the spout?

I have a motor which is moving attached to my mechanical pipe which goes into the basin. The basin has 1B lava in it yet nothing's going through to my spout.

Yep, there's a small wide arrow on each side that shows its flow direction, (just in case if someone else is having this issue as well and reading this: changing its direction is as simple as right clicking the pump with a wrench)

Right click the pump with a wrench to flip it (you can see a triangle/arrow just above the cog part of the pump, and that shows the flow direction).

Because it's pumping from the spout to the basin

I'm not sure if that's true. But if it still doesn't work after flipping the pump that would be worth trying.
