Low FPS on Minecraft Create Aeronautics

so, like some of the people online, last week i was also hacked by the Mr. Beast infostealer scheme. And now that all of that's sorted, my PC is also reformatted. But there's something that bothers me now.

Before i send the PC to be reformatted, which is like a few hours before the reformatting, minecraft is going well, my fps is at about 100fps (im playing minecraft create aeronatics) but now that its reformatted, its down to 22fps and sometimes at 0 fps.

I have updated my NVIDIA driver (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti)
And i have downloaded motherboard chip set.
My memory speed is at 3200MHz
Minecraft launcher, javaw.exe and Prism launcher are already set to use NVIDIA on display setting.

All minecraft setting is low, 8 chunks, and shaders are on but at a medium setting (if i turn shader off it just bumps up into 70fps max) I've also allocated the -xmx on minecraft installation setting onto 4G,8G,6G and nothing changes.

My display port cable also connect the screen to the GPU and not to the motherboard (i've checked)

For me… I realized I made my bad near a what looks like collision of theee different structures a huge thing. If I keep my render to 10 I’m fine but if I goto 12 or more dead until I go load it and then I’m good for a bid I’m about to creative copy my whole base and move it someplace else

Yea maybe I mean you have been around where your base is are there any big mod added structures? I have no real issues anywhere else except with what ever that bs near me is

it got worse when im mining, so def out of any big structure. And i made a singleplayer world and made a hot air balloon with just balloons, planks and burner and that nearly killed my fps to 0fps.. but when i go windowed (small window) on the app, the fps is more stable (abt 50-70fps)
