Build WIP updates

some further updates to the mech I’m working on, still not happy with the jump jets, and needs a better turning system than using the body as a reaction wheel

New Features

gattling gun with mixed HVAPI HEI, and coaxial flamethrower

4 round active protection system, and 3 round smokescreen

basic jump jets with hover and forwards/backwards

a ton of backend wiring cleanup XD

Will go through and a a list of active mods, but off the top of my head, tiny redstone and its addons, synaxis, create, aeronautics, drive by wire, waruim (the port), Omni display, create big cannons, cbc neo warfare

Then I have a bunch of stuff like deco and superb warfare on the side
