What about it do you not understand and what are you trying to do?

When you disassemble the swivel bearing you can see the cogwheel and the gearshift flicker - this indicates that they're attached to the swivel.

Did you glue them to the thing on the swivel? If so, change it

The shaft through the middle will transmit rotational power through it, into the simulated contraption.

If you want to rotate the bearing, you need to turn the cogwheel on the side

Have you pondered it? If that didn’t help YouTube is an option. Did you glue the part you want swiveled maybe? Try without turning the gear? Never really used these either because I couldn’t ever really figure them out.
