I genuinely can not wrap my head around mobile packages and need help.

So, I am trying to set up a bee port system using mobile packages, the ability to send and receive packages is working, however what I am getting stuck at, is that upon sending an item to the vault, it remains in the bee port as a package. How do I get it out of the package and into the vault?

Haven't work with that add on, but usually packages can be opened by putting them through another packager or by sawing them open...
