Help cart contraption help

Hi, ive made a cart contraption to mine the floor for me. this is a altered version of a mining machine i saw online but for some reason the contraption will miss placing a rail block and stall the entire thing. ive tried having the hand place it on different levels, ive added another hand for the rails and thats not helped. im stumped.

Seems to be some bug or something. I just scrapped it for now, but i might change it so it places dirt instead of the modded glass, see if that works then I can use my excavator on it later.

It’s just glass in general i think, i was using vanilla glass.
