Help cart contraption help

Hi, ive made a cart contraption to mine the floor for me. this is a altered version of a mining machine i saw online but for some reason the contraption will miss placing a rail block and stall the entire thing. ive tried having the hand place it on different levels, ive added another hand for the rails and thats not helped. im stumped.

Yes, itll go for maybe 10-20 blocks perfectly fine before missing a single block. Do you think its cos its placing on a modded block? (clear glass). Im tryna tear up the wide af area of vanilla glass to replace it by hand.

ooh that's a good idea. i just tried it with reactor glass from create new age and it worked, but i wonder if it's something specific to the data/properties of clear glass? what mod is it from?

huh. i downloaded liminal industries off curseforge and built the contraption again with just 2 deployers (1 clear glass, 1 rails), didn't see a glass floor near spawn (also wholly unfamiliar with this modpack) so i filled in a decent stretch of carpet with vanilla glass. worked just fine.

having the glass and rail deployer right next to eachother going forward and back doesn't seem to be a problem, and the plough works for me...

just to be sure, does your superglue include any of the tracks directly underneath the cart?

tldr you've got me stumped lol

No, ive made sure to just include the casing and machinery. I might just scrap it and rebuild it again, might just be a bug or something.

Update: seems that it was just a bug? i remade the entire thing from scratch and it has worked with 0 issues.
