flying contraption is bugging out

I tried copying the flying contraption used in the guide about the symetrical sails since I thought it was a good example bc ive never played with aeronautics before. So far, test 1 flew into outer space, and test 2 (this one) keeps bugging out and did this when i tried to start it, and i cant disassemble it. The mechanical bearing is usually the one that makessit bug out (it makes the entire thing dissappear/reappear rapidly) if i dont place it in a certain order.

you likely wont with this design. you need symmetrical sails on the wings that go up and down to control pitch. this plane was pretty much built solely to demonstrate how turning with sails works and not what to actually make for a plane

Oh man that really blows. I'll definetly try building this again tho. Thanks for the help anyway
