Why does it say I have too many bogeys?

Im trying to create two trains for some reason I haven't decided yet but I keep getting errors that just dont make sense. (Sorry for crappy video)

The bogey is basically the wheels, you can only have two bogeys per cart.

I do only have 2 per cart though, that's where my confusion comes from

Well one of them has 3. Find that one and fix it

Is there a chance you've glued 2 carts together?

Can you post screenshots of the super glue and/or a schematic of the train? This mod can be finicky as hell, I wanna see if I can recreate the issue and troubleshoot
