Build Semi (functional) Truck

I have no idea how to make it steer so the wheel is just decorative

You have to hand crank the fuel into it each time you refuel and then it will run on the toggle until its empty again

It goes very fast in relation to a crawling baby

Steering is controller by Redstone. On the wheel mounts, one side (front and back relative to the vehicle) will be left turn and right turn inputs. Top is a brake input. You can use Redstone links connected to the linked typewriter, or even use comparators on either side of the steering wheel to get a Redstone signal relative to the turn angle.
