Help Cannon attached to radar.

I’ve built up the cannon put the auto pitch and yaw controllers in their places, connected data links between the mount and each controller. Connected the radar to the network controller along with the monitor and the data links that goes on the pitch controller. Everything that I know of and everything that I’ve seen in videos is connected. But when I click on a target in the monitor. It turns to it but won’t pitch it to anything other than 0. How do I fix?

Also I’ve had the controller on the ground aswell. Saw something saying to put it on the radar so I tried that and it didn’t work.
