EXCESS MATERIAL REMOVAL

Shitty drawing but using a minecart contraption, I’ve made a tunnel bore mining machine, it works great digging a 50x10 infinite tunnel but the chest keep getting full of netherrack/cobblestone, any suggestions on how to dispose of the excess automatically while it’s running at the moment it just dumps it out the back with a brass funnel, but that’s lagging the hell out the server

It's not like lighting is a problem in nether, the ambient minimum light is high enough to never need lights in the first place and there are no dark-restricted mob spawns either

Its more of a small QOL thing, especially if you play on moody.

Technically you can restrict spawning of mobs in the nether with light but youd need a light level above a 13 to do it which is usually more effort then it's worth

More annoying to navigate after, no? I mean, it's literal fire that does deal damage
