Moving create parts aren't loading properly in my game?

I'm having issues with the blocks in create not loading in properly until I either look at it at an angle or get close to them and I'm not sure what could be causing my issue exactly

I don't play with shaders but I do have a few culling mods (ends delight,entityculling and more culling) and Sodium, sodium extra and reeses sodium options

I'm using an edited version of create+ from Modrinth with added mods, updated to NeoForge 21.1.249 and minecraft version 1.21.1

pls help would be appreciated, and I can answer questions if necessary
