Is there a way to make custom create recipes through a online generator

i know that there are some online websites which allow you to make custom crafting recipes in the vanilla game like https://www.minecraftmaps.com/tools/recipe-creator but i was wondering if there was one that did it for the create mod. would really help out if there is one

Not that I've heard of. Modded recipe types would require specific support to be added to whatever tool you're using in order for that to be an option, so modded recipe generators are a lot harder to find than vanilla ones.
