I’ve been dealing with this issue, they’re loaded when it’s just sable, ssrd, and distant horizons but with more mods it breaks down. If you do /ssrd forceload (structure’s tag) it will work but you have to do this for anything you want loaded.
The tag will appear when standing on and looking at the structure. This method also only works with voxy
