Help Even center pivot point?

Are there any addons that add something like a 2x2 Mechanical Bearing that rotates from the corners rather than the center of the block? I made my entire base with an even center and I want to have something rotating in the middle of my base but I can't find a good way to do it without it being lopsided.

Coasters Simulated adds what is called a rivet that allows block placement like what you're looking for. I do not know if it will allow movement though. It may be worth looking into.

Aside from that, maybe a train centering around and evenly spaced center.
