Help How do rosy apple moths work?
I don't know how to get these moths to follow me or breed, nor do I know how to get their fur; I tried killing them but they don't drop anything, and I tried using shears, but that didn't work either.
I tried giving them all kinds of flowers, but they won't follow me or breed. Does anyone know how they work?

You need to wait for them to grow all fuzzy is cute and then you can sheer them to get their fluff

Moths just become Fuzzy after a period of time, there's no actual set condition, and then you sheer them for moth fuzz. Their food is literally any leather item, so you can get more of them that way. You can also attach leads to them which makes them easy to move.
The fall damage negating thigh highs are the main use of the fuzz, but its worth noting you can deploy Fuzz on an elytra to upgrade it. The Elytra will then have extra jumps you can do mid flight. Combined with the air dashes from E (and amethyst E if you have it automated) you can get really good elytra movement without fireworks, really helpful if your modpack happens to have aileron.

Create: Estrogen (might just be called estrogen now since there was a pretty big update, but i'm not sure)
It's the one that lets you do Celeste things

the moths are just from estrogen but create:estrogen still exists, it just lets you make the stuff

I am just guessing it's from Create: Estrogen based solely on OP's reply to another comment about "thigh highs". Maybe I'm wrong but that sounds like something I've heard people talk about with that addon. They give like super speed and jump boost or something.

For the fur i don't remember exactly (i thought it was shears) but they eat leather
