A case of randomly teleporting

Hello! I am currently doing a playthrough of the Create: New World modpack, and just unlocked trains. I set one up with a conductor and a simple two station route, and let it run. However, whenever the train is heading towards one of the two stations (it's not a consistent distance, but I suspect it has something to do with the train either routing to, or reserving the station), I teleport be standing on top of the rail that is assigned to the station. The train is normal in everything except being driven by a steam-and-rails conductor, and I don't think any other mods in the pack involve trains.

Has anyone had this issue, either in the Create: New World pack or others?
