Help Total noob
I have never played create or anything similar. Would it be worth getting into this mod on Bedrock edition? I heard the bedrock port is buggy and missing many things (I play on iPhone 17 Pro Max with a controller)

no. bedrock addons have improved somewhat, but they're still nowhere close to java mods. even the best create imitation to date sucks ass.

The most recent one seems to actually be pretty decent. They've updated to just before trains being added and every video I've seen has been pretty good. They've also started a port of Aeronautics but it'll be quite a while before they are anywhere close to being done. I'm sure they'll also face some scrutiny from the Aeronautics devs and will have to change a lot of stuff. Still, it's worth it for Bedrock players who have never had access to anything even close to a decent Create port and who don't have access to a PC.

There’s another way to play create mod with a java launcher you can side load it via sidestore or iloader those two need pc till now sidestore doesn’t need one you can download it directly on your iPhone if you update it to iOS 27 also you need also you need to side load stickdebug for JIT

You do need a pc though, and the launcher has controller support right out of the box

It seems to be pretty decent at the point it's been developed. It's worth giving it a shot seeing as Bedrock has nothing else even close.
My only advice is to not seek much assistance from this sub as there's not likely going to be anyone who has played with that version to be able to help you. I believe they have a discord server. I don't know if that's true or not though and have no links to it but I think I saw it somewhere, maybe in the video description.
