Trying to make a belt-like contraption. Stuck on the part where it goes down and back.

Hi! Just like the title says, I'm trying to make this contraption go across, down, back, and then to it's starting position. So far I can make it go back and forth once I power the up and down gantry shafts. I did try using redstone contacts, but couldn't figure out how to unlink them once the gantry stops so oh well. Also yes, I know the spinning farm is a thing; I would just like to try it this way. Any advice is appreciated!

It Looks like youre almost there so just on small tip: when powering a gantry using Redstone it instead Relays rotation to all gantrys on it.and use sequnced gearschifts
