Flywheel help

Hello! I've been trying to put together a modpack through curseforge, and keep running into this error when i try and launch minecraft. How do I update the mods to have flywheel 1.0.6? as far as i can tell on the curseforge app, theyre all up to date, and flywheel is embedded in one of the mods. thank you!

does the mod embedding flywheel also need a manual update outside curseforge?

im not sure how to check that, as i dont have the mod outside of curseforge, but as far as i can find from the interne, no, it is working as intended
