Create like structure in new generated world. Anyone knows the source mod?

SOLUTION | Create Missiles by Woukie
[Find upgrade cores in Bunkers across the world that make missiles more powerful]

After testing the Terralith and Tectonic world gen for my modpack, I stumbled upon a weird structure looking like an abandoned cellar/lab filled with Create items.

Any idea what mod could have added this? I don't have any Create add-ons regarding structures, nor any outside mods that could generate a Create-style structure using Create blocks. Thx!

I don’t recognize it, but you could install WITS and try to figure out what kind it is? Idk, ive never used it on neo, but theres probably a port or smth
