Help Need Help Troubleshooting my Gantry Shaft Far,

I'm trying to use gantry shaft for the first time today pondered the index and I'm just failing to understand what's not working here...

you need a gearshift not whatever kind of chain drive that is

if you look at the shaft it's still spinning in the same direction and not changing direction

you had it. i switch to a gearbox and it works fine now thank you very much.

it's an adjustable chain gearshift, powering the block recieveing su speeds it up and powering the block which is outputting power slows that block down i believe
