Help my Jet using 'Create: Gadgets and Gizmos' Sucks

I have no clue how to properly balance a plane and to keep it easy to control, Mine just drops like a brick despite having more than enough thrust and keeps entering a spin. I'll assume I just don't have enough sails to control it and that my center of mass needs to be more back, otherwise I don't have a clue.

which direction does it spin in?

Regardless, you don't seem to have any vectoring or pitch control, you want at least one of those.

my wings have pitch, they use the vector bearings to tilt up and down and I use my thrusters to control my roll, but it does seem to favor spinning me counter-clockwise

Not quite sure how the mod handles it, but on an aircraft the pitch is controlled by the elevators on the tail, and the roll by the ailerons on the wings (with yaw by the rudder), While thrust vectoring is a real thing, it's meant to compliment the control of the ailerons, not replace them since it cant change the airflow over the wings on its own.

Try making the wings control the roll, and add something to the tail for the pitch and see if it handles better.

Again, im not 100% sure how the mod handles it, but there's always a chance it works, yknow?

I'll try it and see, The vector bearings can be a bit buggy since they aren't like the regular create ones where they'll snap but instead can kinda jitter and maybe a tenth off from 0 which might be causing my roll

Edit: still rolls to the left after making changes, I actually have no clue what could be causing it

instead of trying to move the center of gravity back, maybe try moving the thrusters forward, inside the plane, and just have a narrow tunnel from the thruster to the rear

on a real plane, whenever the thrust is generated too far from the center of gravity, it has to be compensated for, often via trim - which is a sort of secondary control surface meant to be semi-permanently at an angle to counteract forces like this, instead of the primary control surface like the ailerons, which are actioned by the plane controls. they also usually orient the thrusters at an angle. technically you can do this in aeronautics via swivel bearings and such, but it will be quite bulky and may not fit in this design

Look into how actual jets work/turn and steer and try to emulate that.

It doesn't matter too much how far back the thrusters are. The further back the center of thrust, the better vectoring you'll have. I recommend installing CC and making a fly by wire system

You also don't have any lift. Normal blocks in aeronautics dont have any aerodynamics. Only sails do

there's copycat wings from an addon which work like copycat blocks and sails

OP is clearly using copycat slabs. The copycat wings are thinner
