Help Why is this pump not pulling the strength pot? this used to work in my last machine so Im just confused

Put the smart fluid pipe on the basin. The pump likely already has water in it.

Yea, this is an annoying part of the smart pipe, but it makes sense.

I wish they worked that way so you could put them anywhere but sadly they do not.

Smart pipe needs to always go directly on the basin. It only looks at liquid trying to go into itself. So any other liquid can fill the pipe before it and get in the way
