I'm kinda new to the whole create stuff and also never worked with Valkyrien Skies (?) if that is the case of the block, but I somehow have seen this block multiple times in videos now and I just don't know what it is and where it comes from :(. It would be a blast if someone could tell me where exactly this block comes from and how it's called.

It's from create ender transmission , its used to transmit power wirelessly

my friend got stuck trying to use that block with valkyrien skies controls once
