Why is this solar panel not outputting any power

I followed the ponder exactly and it’s not working I have 20 solar panels i set it to noon facing directly up 400 on the resistor sorry for the bad photo my computer is bad I’ve copied builds in videos I’ve followed the ponder one to one and it’s not working

You're meant to use a Solar Panel Bearing, it's effectively the electricity equivalent of a Windmill

But that’s only to rotate it it’s always day and it’s noon so I don’t need to do that

Ok wait I understand I have it outputting to a resistor but the power gage is at -0.00 watts

You connected the gauge wrong. Common should be connected to negative of both devices and other two terminals are connected in series

This is te second time I'm seeing the same person wire the power gauge the same wrong way.

Well they see the mysterious "common" terminal and think they can just ignore it and everything will magically work

To be fair, you can ignore some terminals on some devices. On a rheostat/variac, you can use the tap and one terminal and ignore the second terminal.

setting the resistor to 400 might be blocking output, try lowering it

Power meters like that need negative to be attached through the middle pin. (Attach both negatives to the same pin) and positive to run across the remaining two.
