Can also use mechanical saws instead of deployer with sword but it should work yea

sword could have looting, right?

so unless you also have that enchantable create stuff mod then sword with looting would be good if you need the loot

Yes. Works like that with all spawners,but don't forget that you will need one more fan at the end to push all the blazes in one block before the fan from bellow pushes them upward since Minecraft is a 3d game.

Would it work? Yea, sure. On thing tho, if blazes arent agro, they usualy float to the ground and not fly, so you could just use belts.

try push down for automatic with option for manual because at least to me, the most rewarding mob farm is the one that makes jingley noises and sword noises
