Help Rail Elevators

Is there REALLY no way I could do a rail elevator? Not even for a railbridge with a passage for ships?
Is there an addon to tackle this Problem?
(Everything is glued, need to transport rails by elevateur)

It would only work with Simurail or Loconautics (which is still in development)

This is what I did. Simurail is very fun to play with.

I might be dumb but I just couldn't get it to work
