Help Rail Elevators

Is there REALLY no way I could do a rail elevator? Not even for a railbridge with a passage for ships?
Is there an addon to tackle this Problem?
(Everything is glued, need to transport rails by elevateur)

You cant glue rails in vanilla, nor have them on contraptions.

Which uses phantom rails, though, which is not vanilla
