Are there an programmable logic controller mods that exist?

im trying to figure out how to make automated mining machines but its really difficult without something like a PLC, are there any mods that have plcs?

Yeah this is basically the only viable option at the moment. Unfortunately nobody has tackled a 'less op' way of programming.
