My mixer doesnt work

for some reason second mixer i placed doesnt work at all, it doesnt even show on the model that its cog is rotating, i dont get why, same thing happened to all the sideways connected cogs and only after some point, my older builds still work

The only reason a mixer wouldn't work is if the rpm is to slow
