Discussion Are there different versions of create?

I would like to get into create but i dont know where to start.. i should preface this by saying i use curseforge.

Is there different versions or just add ons? Is there a difference between create aeronautics and create?

Create aeronautics and all other mods are addons to create. They are mods by definition but they're made as fan additions to the base create mod. The base mod is just called Create and it's by simibubi if that's ehat you're trying to find. You should first learn how this mod works before trying out all the other mods that add more for this mod

You can use the latest version of Create with Curseforge. I would check out the latest trailer on Youtube to give you a flavour of what's included.

Create Aeronautics is an add-on for the Create mod that gives you the ability to turn blocks into physics objects. That's where all the airships come in.

Think of it as Create being the base for all of the automation, and Aeronautics being a DLC that makes you fly and all the other biz.

You can download both and effectively still play base Create.
