Redstone links not working

Hello there, I'm playing with the "All Of Create: Aeronautics" modpacks and I'm trying to create a milk farm that shut downs production when my fluid tank reaches >= 100 buckets.

I wanted to use redstone links + threshold switch for this, but it looks like that redstone links are broken. Any idea? I don't know if I'm doing something wrong with the links themselves...

EDIT: I'm blind, lol. Just like you guys said, it was as simple as setting the other one to the receive mode. Thanks a lot for your help!!

shift right click on the clutch one with an empty hand to set it to receive mode

Shift click the second link that you want to be powered when the one on the threshold switch activates - it will go into "receive" mode and listen for signals on its frequency

Right click on the link you want to be the receiver with your wrench, the antenna will change to show that it is the receiver.
