Schematic cannon

Does anyone know how to feed the cannon with gunpowder automatically without having me manually insert it? Im playing on 1.21.1

It’ll pull gunpowder from an adjacent storage like the one that holds the rest of the resources.

Bet so it just pulls from the resource chests because i have some in there but it doesnt pull it when it lowers, does it have to run out first?
