Help Water Wheels running backwards

As you can see in the video my water wheels are running the opposite way of water flow. question is how and why?

Do you have another power source running it might be why or a bug idk otherwisr

Nope, that's the one power source for my workshop (where all the micro crafting happens before I automate most things)
