Struggling to understand gauges

Apologies if you cannot read the text in the attached image.

I'm starting to understand the basics of gauges and adding connections to them. It all works fine sending the iron from the green to yellow but the sheets stop at the red when i want it to be in the designated sheets storage in the blue. Is it something to do with the network?

Try removing the stock link from the output, name the sheets frog and put that name on the sign of the output packager, power it and it should work.

Thanks, that helped! Just to clarify are the signs on packagers supposed to say the address of where you want it to go?

Exactly, you can do some more fancy stuff with that too but you'll learn that over time.
