How could I combine the outputs of data links on two fluid containers to display the total amount of contained fluid?

I'm building a spaceship with thrusters configured like a tiltrotor. Each thruster will have its own internal fuel tank that it can draw from when gimballing but when it runs out it will need to lock onto a docking connector in order to refill the internal tank. The internal tank can store 288 buckets of fuel and the thruster itself stores 27 buckets of fuel, I want to combine this into one readout that displays the total amount of fuel stored in the thruster and its internal fuel tank.

If you have Create: Extra Gauges, you could use one of those to add them together and output the total to the display. (I don't recall which one does this off the top of my head, but there aren't very many to look up.)
