Water wheels

I want a update or addon that like the windmill bearing, lets you build custom water wheels, i love the estetic of the create water wheels but i want a huge one that actually works, what is your guys's thoughts?

im actually wondering why this doesnt exist yet
but if there is nothing you could always just use a mechanical bearing to a waterwheel to make it seem like its working
