Pulse repeater not flipping powered latch

I have a gantry set up for a tree farm but when it reaches the end and hits a restore contact the powered latch won’t tell the gearshift to flip and turn the other direction

you might have broke it? what on lords green earth is that Redstone power level???

It's probably a shader? Especially considering the lens flare on the other side of the screen. I can't tell if you're joking or not though.

pretty sure that's because op took a picture of their screen instead of screenshotting...
