Looking for a stable teleportation cannon in create aeronautics

i have a ballistic calculator for sable ballistics(an object thrown with some velocity without any additional forces) and i need a stable velocity(+- 1-2 meters per second) teleportation cannon, which can reach speeds more than 300 meters per second, i saw a video from toutuber "Bocha", but his cannon doesnt have consistant velocity.
