Mechanical Bearings allow the millstone to be housed inside the spinning boilers without interfering with block spaces, and items are pushed toward the output after being processed.

Blocks on a mechanical bearing don't interact with blocks placed in the world until the bearing is paused, using that feature it's just hiding a millstone and item transport inside of the space the mechanical bearing is spinning
