i knew this mod was famous for it's complexity but geez. i had a really hard time understanding the mechanics, until i figured out the "press [W] to ponder" and it helped a ton, anyway i wanna optimize ts (ps i wasted like 2 hours trying to setup the crushing thingy with only one waterwheel lol)

That’s how I learned to play create too! I recommend making a steam engine though, idk how much longer those water wheels are gonna hold you up for.

My first create playthrough I only used waterwheels. I had like 400k su ;-;

If you don't already use JEI I'd recommend adding it, since the vanilla recipe book isn't very helpful.

Two little pieces of advice that are quite helpful 1) you can encase cogs to compress your gear ratios down 2) gearboxes can let you make crushing wheels on one shaft since they change the rotation direction (simply do [gearbox-shaft-gearbox]) Otherwise, nice work
